- Quote Configurator
The Quote Configurator is an electronic form available on the Website enabling a user to place a quote inquiry regarding the configuration of a product or service selected by them — from among the options available on the Owner’s Website. As part of the form, it is possible to specify, among other things, the product to which the inquiry relates, as well as additional accessories for the given product.
Use of the Quote Configurator begins at the moment the user starts filling it out on the Website. Placing a quote inquiry by the customer occurs upon completion of jointly two consecutive steps — (1) filling out the quote configurator form with the required data and (2) clicking on the Website after filling out the required data on the button placed under the form (until this point, it is possible to independently modify the entered data, in which one should be guided by the displayed messages and information/descriptions appearing on the Website). In the configurator, it is necessary for the client to provide the following data: first and last name/company name, email address, and contact phone number, as well as the selected products and/or any additional accessories.
The quote configurator electronic service is provided free of charge and is one-time in nature and ends as soon as the user sends the quote inquiry through it or as soon as the user earlier stops filling out the quote inquiry through it.
- Blog
Access to the blog is possible after going to the relevant tab and news section on the Website. The blog is available to all visitors of the Website without the need to provide any data or perform any other actions. The blog allows you to read articles and news published by the Owner relating to the subject matter of the Website and its services and products.
The blog electronic service is provided free of charge. The user has the option to stop using the blog at any time and without giving a reason by closing the internet browser or leaving the Website.
- Newsletter
The subject matter of the newsletter is to inform about the business activity conducted by the Owner, including the Owner’s products and services, as well as to publish tips and news related to the activity conducted.
Subscribing to the newsletter takes place by providing, in the field/section of the Website dedicated to the newsletter, the email address to which subsequent newsletter editions are to be sent, and clicking the action field, followed by confirming the intention to subscribe to the newsletter by clicking the link received at the provided email address.
The Newsletter electronic service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The service recipient has the option, at any time and without giving a reason, to unsubscribe from the newsletter (resignation from the newsletter) by sending an appropriate request to the Owner via email to: kontakt@catchshift.com or in writing to the address: ul.
