This Site is informational in nature; it allows visitors to become acquainted with the products and services of the Owner of the Site and to contact the Owner, among other things by submitting an inquiry via the contact form or the inquiry configurator. A contract of sale may be concluded as a result of an inquiry directed to the Owner of the Site, and only after the parties have agreed on the detailed terms of such a contract – the conclusion and terms of such a contract are, however, governed by a separate contract of sale or separate general terms and conditions of sale of products by the Owner of the Site, which will be made available by the Owner.
The Owner makes every effort to ensure that the data presented on the Site are current and correspond to the actual state of affairs. At the same time, the Owner reserves that all content available on the Site is of a purely informational nature.

In addition to the ability to browse the information and other content available on the Website, the following electronic services are also available: the contact form, the inquiry configurator, the blog, and the newsletter.
- Contact form
The contact form allows you to send a contact inquiry to the Owner. Sending an inquiry does not create any obligations on the part of the user or the Owner of the Site; it is merely a means of establishing contact with the Owner of the Site.
Use of the contact form begins at the moment the user starts filling it in on the Site – it is normally available under the “Contact” tab and/or in the lower part of the Site. The contact inquiry is sent once two consecutive steps have been completed – (1) filling in the contact form with the data indicated as mandatory, and (2) clicking, after completing the quotation form on the Website, the action button placed below the form – until that moment, it is possible to independently modify the data entered. In the contact form, it is necessary to provide the contact details of the person completing the form: first and last name/company name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, and the content of the message.
The contact form electronic service is provided free of charge, is one-off in nature, and ends at the moment the user sends the contact inquiry through it, or at the moment the user stops composing the contact inquiry through it beforehand.
- Inquiry configurator
The Inquiry Configurator is an electronic form available on the Site enabling a customer to place an inquiry regarding a configuration of a product or service of the Owner of the Site that they have selected – from among the options available on the Site. Within the form, it is possible to specify, among other things, the product to which the inquiry is to relate and additional accessories for the given product.
Use of the Inquiry Configurator begins at the moment the user starts filling it in on the Site. The inquiry is submitted once the customer has completed two consecutive steps – (1) filling in the inquiry configurator form, and (2) clicking, after entering the required data, the action button placed below the form on the Site – up until that moment, it is possible to independently modify the data entered (for this purpose, the customer should follow the messages, information, and options displayed on the Site). In the inquiry configurator, the customer is required to provide the following customer data: first and last name/company name, e-mail address, and contact telephone number, as well as to select the product and any additional accessories.
The inquiry configurator electronic service is provided free of charge, is one-off in nature, and ends at the moment the inquiry is sent through it, or at the moment the customer stops submitting the inquiry beforehand.
- Blog
The blog can be accessed by going to the relevant news tab on the Website. The blog is available to all visitors to the Website without the need to provide any data or perform any other actions. The blog allows visitors to become acquainted with the content of articles and news published by the Owner relating to the subject matter of the Website and its services and products.
The blog electronic service is provided free of charge. The user may stop using the blog at any time and without giving a reason, by closing the web browser or leaving the Website.
- Newsletter
The purpose of the newsletter is to inform recipients about the business activity conducted by the Owner of the Site, including the products and services of the Owner of the Site, as well as to publish tips and news related to the business activity conducted.
Subscribing to the newsletter takes place by entering, in the newsletter tab/field visible on the Site, the e-mail address to which subsequent editions of the newsletter are to be sent and clicking the action button, and then confirming the wish to subscribe to the newsletter by clicking the link received at the provided e-mail address.
The newsletter Electronic Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The recipient may, at any time and without giving a reason, unsubscribe from the newsletter (cancel the newsletter) by sending an appropriate request to the Owner of the Site, in particular by e-mail to: kontakt@catchshift.com, or in writing to the address: ul.
