Agnieszka Brzoza – Sales and Rental Specialist
I handle all aspects of customer service related to the rental and sale of vacuum lifters for installing concrete elements. I do everything in my power to ensure that customers feel they are in good hands. I also manage the ordering of parts for the construction of our machines, ensuring timely deliveries. After work, I enjoy catering to the whims of two demanding yet adorable little girls.
Beata Piątek – Sales and Rental Specialist
I handle comprehensive customer service and co-create sales processes. With my experience, I can meet the expectations of even the most demanding clients. I also manage invoice records and ensure the smooth flow of documents within the company.
I love taking family walks with our four-legged friend, and whenever I find some free time, I spend it on crafting.
Michał Wrzesiński – Technical Advisor
In my job, I handle many tasks, including overseeing the process of creating steel elements from raw steel to the finished product ready for assembly. I am also a technical expert authorized to discuss issues with clients in the event of malfunctions.
Personally, I am a car enthusiast, enjoy cycling, and love hiking on mountain trails.
Janusz Badowski – HR
I provide HR consulting and budgeting for the company. I strive to be the bridge that connects employees with management. After hours, I play the bass as much as possible. I create, compose, and motivate everyone I can to play instruments. I’m a craft beer enthusiast.
Joanna Skorupińska – Sales Manager
Hi! I’m Asia Skorupińska. At CATCHSHIFT, I work in consulting and actively participate in various projects. More broadly, I work at VIAVAC, where I serve as Sales Manager.
In my role, I oversee sales processes and work on team efficiency and engagement. Analyzing and planning new development directions, both personally and for the company, are areas that truly inspire me. That’s why I am passionate about designing strategies that bring positive results for our company and clients.
Outside of work, I love spending my free time actively. Exercise is not only a form of recreation for me but also a way to maintain balance in life. With two energetic preschoolers at home, life is always intense and fun—there’s never a dull moment!

Maciej Zyznarski – CEO
My motivation at work is to create something new by overcoming challenging business obstacles. I enjoy analyzing different approaches to a problem to achieve the best possible outcome. A well-coordinated and competent team is crucial to me 🤝😁 I believe that a carefully selected and well-supported team is the key to success. However, I also believe that setting ambitious goals and demanding effort from both myself and the team is essential to prevent the company from stagnating, losing its spirit, and ambition.
Self-improvement in both professional and personal life allows me to realize my potential. I believe that by growing as an individual, I can contribute to the company’s growth. That’s why I strive to constantly broaden my perspectives, deepening my knowledge and skills.
In my personal life, spending time with family is most important to me. There’s no greater joy than traveling and discovering new places with my loved ones 😀.

Grzegorz Wita – IT Specialist
A graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Telecommunications at the University of Zielona Góra.
He completed his engineering studies in networked information systems. He has been with the company since September 2014, where he serves as the all-encompassing IT specialist, ensuring that the IT infrastructure operates 99.99% of the time (which doesn’t always happen 🙃). Initially involved with solutions from large companies and major tech corporations, in recent years, he has become an advocate of open-source software, which he successfully implements in the company.
In his free time, he enjoys watching series, movies, reading books, magazines, playing board or computer games (in any combination), or enhancing his skills through learning or investing money in various financial instruments.

I specialize in constructing and designing machines. I turn ideas into fully functional devices.
Patrycja Rozynek
The company’s octopus, whose tentacles reach into every company. Nurtured at iDMK Sp. z o.o. as the sales and marketing manager, where she meticulously honed and perfected her managerial and sales skills. Responsible for developing an IT project, which she thoroughly tested for hours on end.
After maternity leave, she returned with double the energy fueled by her son (and sleepless nights). She searches for and organizes development training for employees. Responsible for implementing the brand’s internationalization project and introducing new solutions based on cognitive processes using the design thinking method. Organization is her middle name. By nature, she is an introvert but always has a smile on her face.
A graduate of the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Although her connection to journalism is limited to curiosity and meticulousness, she feels that spark when navigating the world of social media as new sales channels.
She reluctantly admits that she is a self-proclaimed serialoholic. Arranging and decorating the home and garden is currently her greatest passion. And cooking. She feels just as comfortable in the kitchen as in the world of social media.
