Using the Request Customizer starts at the time when the user begins to complete it on the Website. The request for proposal is submitted upon the customer completing two mandatory consecutive steps: (1) completing the request customizer form; and (2) clicking the action field located under the form upon completing the required data – up to this moment the user many modify the data entered (to do this, follow the messages displayed, as well as information and options available on the Website). The user receives a confirmation of submitting the request to their e-mail address provided in the form .
