The Owner shall be the Controller of the personal data processed on the Website. The following electronic services are available on the Website: contact form, request customizer, blog and newsletter .

1) Contact form

The contact form allows to submit a contact request to the Owner. Submitting a request shall not impose onto the user any obligations towards the Website Owner.

Use of the contact form begins at the time of starting to complete it on the Website – normally it is available at the bottom of the Website. A contact request shall be submitted upon the completion of two mandatory consecutive steps: (1) completion of the contact form with data indicated as required; and (2) clicking the action field located under the form on the Website upon completing the form – up to this moment the user many modify the data entered. Contact details of the person completing the form must be provided in the contact form: name and surname/company name, e-mail address and contact phone number . The user receives a confirmation of submitting the request to their e-mail address provided in the form .

The contact form electronic service is provided free of charge, is non-recurrent and ends at the time when the user sends the contact request through it or at the time when they discontinue formulating their contact request through the form before completing it.

2) Request customizer

The Request Customizer is an electronic form available on the Website, which allows the customer to submit a request for proposal concerning the Website Owner’s product or services configuration selected by them from amongst the options available on the Website. The form allows to specify, for example, the product covered by the request and additional accessories for a particular product.

Using the Request Customizer starts at the time when the user begins to complete it on the Website. The request for proposal is submitted upon the customer completing two mandatory consecutive steps: (1) completing the request customizer form; and (2) clicking the action field located under the form upon completing the required data – up to this moment the user many modify the data entered (to do this, follow the messages displayed, as well as information and options available on the Website). The user receives a confirmation of submitting the request to their e-mail address provided in the form . The request customizer requires the customer to provide the following data concerning the customer: name and surname/company name, e-mail address and contact telephone number , as well as the selected product and possible additional accessories.

The request customizer electronic service is provided free of charge, is non-recurrent and ends at the time when the user sends the request for proposal through it or at the time of previously discontinuing the submission of the request by the customer.

3) Blog

Using the blog is possible after going to the appropriate news tab on the Website. The blog is available for everyone visiting the Website without the need to provide any data or take any other action. The blog allows to review the contents of articles and news published by the Owner and concerning the subject matter of the Website and the services and products of the Owner.

The blog electronic service is provided free of charge. The User may cease using the blog at any time and without providing a reason by closing their Internet browser or leaving the Website.

4) Newsletter

The newsletter is used to provide information on the activities of the Website Owner, including the products and services of the Website Owner, as well as to publish tips and news in relation to the activities conducted.

Subscribing to the newsletter takes place upon the provision of an e-mail address to which the subsequent editions of the newsletter are to be sent in the newsletter tab/field displayed on Website and clicking the action field.

The Newsletter Electronic Service is supplied free of charge for indefinite period. The service user may unsubscribe from the newsletter (opt out from the newsletter) at any time and without giving a reason, by sending an appropriate request to the Website Owner, in particular via e-mail, at: kontakt@catchshift.com, by writing to the following address: ul.
