    Hydraulic Generator 6 kW

230 V power from the machine's hydraulics - convenient, anywhere power access is unavailable

The 6 kW hydraulic generator allows you to power power tools and construction equipment using a classic combustion generator's energy, without needing additional fuel or searching for a power source on the construction site. All you need is a machine with a hydraulic outlet — an excavator, telescopic loader, forklift, or other carrier — to have access to 230 V power exactly where you're currently working. The generator can be mounted on the forks or hung on the hook, which makes it useful on construction sites, during hall assembly, road works, paving jobs, and anywhere access to the electrical grid is limited.

      Key advantages

      ikona-check

Power right where the machine is working

The generator uses the machine's hydraulic system, so it doesn't need its own combustion engine or a separate fuel source. The result: you can power tools and equipment directly at the work site of an excavator, loader, forklift, or other carrier.

      ikona-check

No need for a traditional combustion generator

You don't have to haul a separate generator, watch fuel levels, start up an additional engine, or service another combustion-powered device. The result: less equipment on the construction site, simpler logistics, and fewer things that could bring work to a halt.

      6 kW / 230 V output

The generator powers most standard equipment used on construction sites: hammers, drills, grinders, pumps, lamps, mixers, or concrete mixers, all at 230 V. The result: one compact unit can power the most essential tools the crew needs in the field.

      Compact design

The device is small and easy to transport, so it can be carried along with the rest of the construction equipment. The result: the generator is readily accessible, with no need to arrange additional transport.

      Convenient operation

The generator provides its own power source wherever you have a machine with hydraulics. The result: fewer downtimes, no searching for extra cables, and greater control over the pace of work.

Hydraulic Generator 6 kW – what is it for?

The 6 kW hydraulic generator is a device that converts the energy from a machine's hydraulic system into 230 V electricity. In practice, this means that if you have an excavator, a telescopic loader, a forklift, or any other carrier with a hydraulic outlet on the construction site, you can also use it as a power source for power tools and construction equipment. This solution was created for crews who often work in locations without a ready electrical connection. On a construction site, a socket isn't always available, a combustion generator isn't always at hand, and running long extension cords is inconvenient and problematic. A hydraulic generator allows you to limit these situations, because power is right where the machine is standing. The device has no engine of its own. It doesn't require refueling or maintaining another drive unit. It uses the machine's hydraulics, which is already running on the construction site anyway. Thanks to this, it works well during assembly, paving work, hall construction, road works, excavation drainage, or powering work lighting.

Who is the hydraulic generator for?

      For construction crews

It comes in handy where work is carried out in the field, locations change frequently, and access to power isn't certain.

      For paving contractors

It allows powering tools needed for cutting, assembly, mixing mortar, and working with concrete elements without organizing a separate generator.

      For steel hall contractors

During structure assembly, mains power often becomes available only later, while work needs to start earlier. The generator allows powering tools from the machine that's already on site.

      For road construction companies

If an excavator, loader, or another machine with hydraulics is working on the site, the generator can replace a separate combustion generator for many everyday tasks.

For subcontractors on large construction sites

It provides greater independence from the main power supply or the availability of a distribution board.

What does a hydraulic generator deliver in practice? An example from a construction site

A company installing a steel hall started work before the final power supply was available on site. Cutting, drilling, element assembly, and ongoing adjustments needed to be carried out, but there was no convenient access to power yet. A hydraulic generator connected to a machine with a hydraulic outlet made it possible to power basic power tools without organizing an additional combustion generator. The result: work could start without waiting for the power connection and without depending on the availability of a power source on the construction site.
