WOLF4000, E-WOLF 4000, WOLF HYDRAULIC 4000 Vacuum Lifter for Elements up to 4 Tons
Lay heavy slabs up to 3 times faster.
WOLF 4000 is a vacuum lifter for road slabs, concrete mats, platform slabs, and prefabricated elements with a mass of up to 4000 kg. The device allows for faster and safer lifting, transporting, and laying of heavy concrete elements without slings, hooks, or the risk of edge damage. The suction cup lifts the slab in about 1 second, and releasing it from above leaves the side edges of the material free, which facilitates precise element placement. WOLF 4000 proves useful in the construction of temporary roads, squares, parking lots, platform slabs, and ramps, as well as in the production and assembly of heavy concrete prefabricated elements. Ensures lifting capacity of up to 4,000 kg and a secure grip in 1 second, which speeds up assembly time, reduces damage, and requires fewer people.

Key advantages
Fast laying of road slabs
Suction onto the element takes about 1 second, so the operator doesn't waste time attaching straps or setting up hooks. The result: faster installation and removal of concrete slabs, road mats, and precast elements.
Lifting capacity up to 4 tons
WOLF 4000 is designed to work with heavy slabs and infrastructure elements. The result: a single machine can handle large road slabs, platform slabs, and precast elements that are difficult to install safely by hand or using straps.
Less edge damage
The vacuum grip acts from above, without wrapping around the sides of the element. The result: lower risk of chips, scuffs, and complaints related to damaged slabs.
Fewer people needed for installation
Usually just 1-2 people plus a carrier machine are enough to operate the set. The result: lower labor costs and simpler work organization on the construction site.
Suction cup selection matched to the surface
Depending on the type of slab, you can choose the appropriate suction cup and seal. The result: the device can work with various concrete slabs, including those with more demanding surfaces.
Working with dirty elements
A separation filter can be used to make it easier to work with slabs soiled with mud or dust. The result: WOLF 4000 performs better in real construction conditions, not just on a clean site.

How to choose the right version?
WOLF 4000 works well in the field, during long shifts, and anywhere without constant access to power. E-WOLF 4000 is worth choosing for work in halls, manufacturing plants, quiet zones, and places where a combustion engine can't be used. WOLF 4000 Hydraulic is a good choice when working with an excavator, HDS crane, loader, or another carrier with a hydraulic outlet.Where does the WOLF 4000 vacuum lifter prove useful?
WOLF 4000 is designed for jobs that require fast assembly pace, control over heavy elements, and limiting material damage. Typical Applications| Work Area | Example Application |
| Temporary Roads | laying and dismantling heavy road slabs and concrete mats |
| Road Construction | working with slabs exceeding several kilograms in weight |
| Railway | installation of platform slabs and infrastructure elements |
| Energy Sector and Military | construction of temporary platforms, squares, and technical roads |
| Urban Infrastructure | construction of parking lots, squares, ramps, and industrial pavements |
| Prefabrication | transport and installation of large concrete blocks and infrastructure elements |
| Events and Halls | fast platform installation at stadiums, festival sites, and trade fair halls |
| Urban Infrastructure | construction of parking lots, squares, ramps, and industrial pavements |
What does WOLF 4000 deliver in practice?
Faster assembly and disassembly
The slab is lifted from above, without the need to prepare slings. Result: shorter working time on each operation. No need to use lifting handles in prefabrication
The vacuum doesn't require built-in attachment points. Result: the precast element can have a simpler construction, and its edges remain accessible during assembly.Option to test before purchase
WOLF 4000 can be tested or rented before making a purchase decision. Result: you check the working pace and match the equipment to your own construction site.Polish manufacturing and service support
The device is designed and manufactured in Poland. Result: you have access to warranty and post-warranty service, spare parts, and technical assistance.Safety and standards
WOLF 4000 is designed in compliance with EN 13155, ASME B30.20, and AS 1418.5-2013 standards. The device can be equipped with additional safety features, and the choice of suction cups and configuration is agreed upon before purchase with the manufacturer.Frequently asked questions
Can WOLF 4000 handle a rough surface?
Yes, provided the appropriate suction cup and seal are selected. We discuss the type of surface before purchase or rental.
Combustion, battery, or hydraulic WOLF 4000 — which to choose?
The combustion version is worth choosing for fieldwork and long shifts. E-WOLF 4000 works well in halls, factories, and zones where a combustion engine cannot be used. WOLF 4000 Hydraulic is designed to work with a machine that has a hydraulic outlet, such as an excavator, HDS crane, or loader.
Can I rent WOLF 4000 before purchasing?
Yes. You can arrange a test on the construction site or a rental to check how the device performs in real conditions.
Does WOLF 4000 damage the edges of slabs?
No, it doesn’t wrap the slab with straps or hooks on the sides, which reduces the risk of scuffs, chips, and edge damage.
Is WOLF 4000 suitable for working with mud-soiled slabs?
Yes, in the appropriate configuration a separation filter can be used, making it easier to work with heavily soiled elements.
