Key advantages
Lifting capacity up to 600 kg at low weight
FOX600 is lightweight and easy to transport, allowing you to work with heavy elements.
Stable vacuum grip
Negative pressure of -0.6 bar, along with a vacuum indicator and sensor, help monitor the device's operation.
Cordless operation
Battery power makes it easier to maneuver the lifter on the construction site and eliminates the need to run a cable behind the device.
S355 steel construction
The base of the device is made of high-strength steel.
Replaceable suction cup
The suction cup can be replaced depending on the device configuration and the type of work.
Strap-free installation
The vacuum grip allows lifting the element from above, without wrapping it with straps, so all edges of the panel remain free.
Who is FOX600 for?
FOX600 proves useful for stonemasons, precast installation crews, construction companies, and contractors working on facades and building edges who are looking for a lightweight, cordless vacuum lifter. This is a device for companies that work with heavy slabs or elements with a smooth structure and want to limit manual lifting, working with straps, and the risk of material damage. The lifter can be suspended from various types of lifting equipment, including: mini cranes, excavators, loaders, or other lifting devices. In practice, it allows you to move the element faster, position it at the destination location, and reduce the involvement of manual labor.Frequently asked questions
Will the CATCHSHIFT lifter pick up porous material?
Yes — CATCHSHIFT vacuum lifters easily handle most porous slabs, terrace boards, and precast concrete elements. For materials with very high permeability, we offer a dedicated Frog Tower device equipped with three high-performance turbines. This allows the system to effectively lift virtually all concrete elements available on the market.
Can the lifter be suspended from an excavator?
Yes — most CATCHSHIFT lifters feature a special mount that allows them to be suspended from an excavator or any lifting device. Additional accessories are also available, such as a forklift adapter or a Kinshofer coupler, which allow the lifters to work with forklifts, Manitou-type loaders, and other machines. This makes it easy to adapt a single device to different applications on the construction site.
What is the warranty period for the equipment?
The standard warranty for CATCHSHIFT vacuum lifters is 12 months from the date of purchase. It is also possible to extend the warranty by an additional 2 years. This allows users to enjoy even longer support and safe operation of the devices.
Can the lifter handle an uneven surface?
Yes — CATCHSHIFT suction cups are fitted with special seals that compensate for surface irregularities of up to 5 mm. This means flame-treated, rough, or natural stone materials are not a problem during operation. If you’re unsure whether the lifter can handle your material, we can arrange tests and select the right solution together.
