Self-Propelled Cart for Concrete Slabs TROLLY500
Transporting and laying slabs without manual lifting.
TROLLY500 is an electric self-propelled cart for installing concrete, stone, and prefabricated elements with a mass of up to 500 kg. Combined with a Mickey or E-Mickey vacuum lifter, it allows a single operator to pick up slabs from a pallet, transport them, and precisely lay them at the installation site. It proves especially useful in paving, landscaping work, and the installation of heavy elements, where it speeds up work pace and reduces strain on workers.

Key advantages
Slab installation by a single person
The operator can drive the cart, operate the arm, and position the slab at the installation site. The result: fewer people are needed to work with heavy slabs.
Faster laying of concrete and stone slabs
TROLLY500 combines picking up the slab from the pallet, transporting it, and laying it in a single work cycle. The result: fewer downtimes and more efficient installation organization.
Electric arm lift up to 2 m
The arm makes it easier to lift slabs off the pallet and position them without manual force maneuvering. The result: the operator works more comfortably and has greater control over the element.
Work without manual lifting
The machine takes over the heaviest tasks: lifting, transporting, and lowering the slab. The result: reduced strain on the spine, arms, and knees.
Stable driving on the construction site
Self-propelled drive, differential lock, and a design adapted to uneven ground make it easier to work in typical paving conditions. The result: the cart can operate not only on flat surfaces but also on unpaved terrain.
Precise slab positioning
The remote control helps accurately position the element at the installation site. The result: fewer corrections and easier maintenance of a straight laying line.
